Terms and Conditions
The photographic prints appearance and color can change and fade. To keep your work of art in good conditions, you should not expose the photograph, laminations or frames, either in part or in full, to direct sunlight, hang them directly above heating appliances or expose them to a higher level of humidity than expected in a normal living room. Photographs, laminations, and frames are therefore not suitable for external areas, cellars, bathrooms or kitchens. Laminations with UV protective film or acrylic glass and wooden frames are very sensitive to scratches and dirt and thus it should only be handled with gloves or equivalent protection.
You acknowledge and confirm you are aware of Terms and Conditions of LetmanArtGallery and agree to their application when you place an order with us. You can read the terms and conditions right here:
1.- The following General Terms and Conditions in their most current version at the time of order shall exclusively govern the business relationship between LetmanArtGallery and the orderer. LetmanArtGallery shall not recognize any differing terms set out by the orderer unless such conditions have been expressly agreed to by LetmanArtGallery in writing.
2.- The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer; it is a non-binding online catalog only. The products you have selected by pressing the “Add to basket” button are summarized again for you in an order overview at the end of the order process. Here you can review the various information provided during the order process and add to or correct it by clicking the “Change” button. By clicking the button “Buy now”, you send your order details and make a binding declaration to LetmanArtGallery that you want to purchase the products listed there (Offer). We automatically accept your offer upon receipt of your order. Directly after sending the order, you will receive an email with an order and contract confirmation, in which the details of your order are listed again.
The text of your order is saved by us and upon request can be sent to you after completion of your order. For your own protection, LetmanArtGallery recommends printing out the order details and the General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of order. The contractual language is English.
3.- Unless agreed otherwise, delivery will be ex-warehouse to your address or to the delivery address specified by you. The delivery time is approx. 12 workdays.
4.- For organizational reasons, LetmanArtGallery may also send the Edition Certificate with the artist’s signature and the edition details separately – and subject to a delay.
5.- The prices stated in the online shop are final prices including sales taxes. Shipping costs are not included in the price and are added to it in each case. The purchase price is paid via PayPal.

Special orders of items with different formats and sizes to those mentioned in the terms and conditions of LetmanArtGallery in the paragraph “Shipping Prices” will be sent to different rates previously agreed with LetmanArtGallery.
6.- Until full and final payment, the delivered goods shall remain the exclusive property of LetmanArtGallery.
7.- By buying a photographic print, you are only acquiring material ownership of the print. No other rights are granted or implied. Any reproduction (copying), dissemination, leasing, public exhibition or other analog or digital use is not permitted unless authorized by law. However, you can resell the print.

PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which LetmanArtGallery collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User“) of the letmanartgallery.com website (“Site” ). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by LetmanArtGallery.

RETURNS POLICY
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you would not be satisfied with your product, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@letmanartgallery.com with:
- Your name
- A detailed description of the problem
- Your order number
- Some pictures of the issue
Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly.
Please allow 1-2 working days for our team to be in touch with you.
We cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment.
We reserve the right to request that your return the product to us and at our discretion; offer an exchange or reprint (in that we have exhausted all possible solutions and cannot find a resolution), offer a refund. Please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material. You are responsible for covering the regular cost of return postage if the goods delivered are as ordered.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALES ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
